Short version: We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and the platform secure. We use optional analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used — you can opt out at any time.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and enable core functionality like staying logged in. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored for a defined period).
We also use similar technologies — including localStorage and HTTP-only tokens — for authentication. These are governed by this policy.
These cookies are necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core features such as login and rate limiting.

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that track you across sites.

No advertising cookies: Zoonex AI does not use any advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. We never share data with advertising networks.

We do not load Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Intercom, or any other third-party tracking scripts.
When you first visit Zoonex AI, a cookie banner allows you to accept or decline optional cookies. Once logged in, you can also view your privacy settings via Account Settings → Privacy in the dashboard, or contact us at support@zoonexai.com.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in. Guides for major browsers:
To opt out of our anonymous analytics entirely, use Account Settings → Privacy in the dashboard, email us at support@zoonexai.com, or add a Do-Not-Track header in your browser (see Section 5).
We honour the Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal. When DNT is enabled, we disable all optional analytics cookies automatically. Essential cookies for authentication and security are unaffected.
We also respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, treating it as equivalent to DNT.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies. Material changes will be notified via the cookie banner on your next visit.
